Catching Up With Dick Cooper of The Cooper Brothers

Ottawa’s Cooper Brothers have been playing their brand of country rock for over 50 years. Their first single, From Day to Day, was released in 1973. By the late 1970’s they were staples on Canadian radio with hits like The Dream Never Dies, I’ll Know Her When I See her, Show Some Emotion and Rock and Roll Cowboys.

They have two shows scheduled for early November. Their Southern Rock Revue has shows at the Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe in Ottawa on Thursday, November 6 and on Sunday, November 9 at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre in St. Catharines. Ticket information can be found at CooperBrothersBand.com.

In our most recent conversation Dick Cooper joined me on Zoom, not only to talk about the upcoming shows, but also to share what keeps him busy (and happy) these days.

Please comment, like, and share this interview. Enjoy!
